BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date and time. If you need to cancel your session, your retainer will not be refunded. I think we can both agree that our time is valuable so please be courteous. If you need to reschedule, I allow one complimentary time-swap as long as you communicate this to me 48-hours in advance. Sessions that need to be rescheduled a second time will require a new deposit. Our contract will have more details. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask :) .

The second half of your payment is due one week before our sessions. The payment schedule will be available in your personal client payment portal.

I will send at minimum, 30 photos. I will never withhold any of your memories from you. If I love the photo, I promise I will send you the edit. Edits are sent to your email in a digital gallery generally in 14-20 business days. Sneak peeks are sent within a day or two (ooooo and I don’t send previews for minis).

I LOVE planning and styling. After you book, I’ll email you my client welcome guide with tips on what to wear & links to my Pinterest boards.
Other than that, I would love to help you plan your shoot. If you want some ideas for wardrobe matching, location selection, or an overall theme, TEXT ME! I can’t wait to collaborate.

It depends. Sometimes, I have signed a contract with the venue that defines a maximum occupancy at any given time. Please let me know if you plan on bringing any extra people to the shoot.
Sessions are also quoted at a maximum of six people. Please let me know if your party exceeds six.

I do my best to be accommodating and flexible but this is my job guys.😅.
If you have to reschedule within 48 hours, I will slide your session to a new date. But if you cancel within the 48-hours or need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required.
Time reserved on my calendar is time spent away from my family. Sometimes I even make accommodations at my corporate, 9-5 job to be there for you.

In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, we’ll work together to determine the best course of action. This may include rescheduling the shoot for a mutually agreeable date, finding an alternative indoor location, or proceeding with the shoot as planned if conditions are deemed safe and acceptable by both parties.
If the shoot is rescheduled due to terrible weather, no additional fees will be charged. However, if you cancel the shoot due to weather that you just don’t like, a new deposit will have to be placed for the rescheduled date.
I recommended checking the weather forecast before the shoot and communicating any concerns to me as soon as possible.
